“ENA”s Story here goes like this. She was bought as a birthday gift for a wife called Ena in March 1968, the private plate was put on from New. In 1980 at around 57,000 miles this C was put in the home garage for some minor work and someone stole the wheels. So the Owner Barricaded the garage and there for some 25 years the car laid hidden at rest. The car was not found until the house was for sale whereupon an Ex MG factory Engineer ,living locally spotted the car, a Snowberry White MGC. Remarkably well preserved but for a garage roof leak causing enough damage to turn anyone away,but a challenge to fully restore this remarkable car to its totally original spec ,so he bought it and did just that.A 4 year labour of love,completing the car in 2008,this Beautiful Example of the Rare 6 Cylinder 2.9Ltr MGC sits proudly and pretty immaculate today Having covered 18,000 fault free miles since its complete Restoration. I was lucky to purchase this MG back in 2016 where she has had 2 Owners via myself both of whom have absolutely cherished,maintained and shown this special car at many Classic Car Shows,Including the rather exclusive “Royal Windsor”Heritage Festival,where she was awarded a prize by the late Duke of Edinburgh himself. I am thrilled to now be able offer this wonderful MG once again to a New Custodian to enjoy many miles of fun & pleasure.
