1,558cc, big valve twin cam. This Lotus Seven has been owned by the vendor for 33 years and poor health had only allowed him minimal use over the last 10 years. We have been advised that it had been his pride and joy and had never let him down, he commented “I treated it like a baby”. The low mileage of 13,316 is warranted. It was subject to some works in 2023 undertaken by Overstrand Garage, Norfolk, when the head was skimmed and, at the same time, converted to unleaded.
Although this car is now MoT exempt, the car has always been issued. However, due to bereavement the last MoT expired in November 2024 and it will be offered at our January sale as ‘MoT exempt’. It comes with V5, many MoTs dating from 1984 to 2023, various receipts and documents, original Lotus 7 and Caterham Super Seven sales brochures.
