The ‘Bell’ name originated from our founder Mr Bell, the inventor of the Bell fuel can after the second world war. His passion for cars led him and another investor to form Bell Classics in 1989 specialising in restoration and servicing sports cars. As owners of classic Ferraris and Aston Martins, these models were a natural choice for the business; servicing, restoring and selling all models of Ferrari and Aston Martin DB4, DB5 and DB6.
As the business grew, our site eventually expanded from Gibraltar Farm in Harpenden to our brand new state-of-the-art facility at Hill View, Markyate in 2017. Following an exciting phase of growth in the last 18 months and the re-brand to Bell Sport & Classic, the business has now extended into the sales, service and maintenance of modern classics and sports cars alongside our heritage of restoring and maintaining classic Ferraris and Astons.
